Ground #22,23 Dash harness

My dash is rusty, so I belive this ground is faulty. Currently I have the dash unbolted and scooted about 4 inches back for room, but I still cannot find the ground location. Any insight or photos of a back of a dash?

not sure, but i think its actually on the metal frame of the dash?

since its out there is another one behind the gauges that is a PITA to reach, but does odd things if its not right. its on the firewall to the left of the speedo cable

Got both of those. The one on top of the steering column chassis mount is moderately okay to get to, but the dash frame one SUCKS. The dash needs to be unbolted and pulled back a few inches in order to have room for a ratchet and long socket.
