vacuum reading on 3 rotor?

3 rotor with a mild streetport and gt40 turbo.
vacuum is about 14vac at around 1100rpm. on a fresh rebuild. Is this good numbers? What should it idle at? What type of vacuum?

If you are measuring the vacuum at each rotor, it will be no different than any 13b with the same port configuration. The rotor housing displacements are exactly the same. Any street port that adds overlap will lower the vacuum reading. Worry more about compression after your fully broken in.

Do they idle that high?
1500 miles on the motor, so it is basically broken in.
Does the motor seem healthy without a doing a compression test
