You can find the sensors at your local salvage yard cheap, or ebay.

cool gauge. i need one of those.. i got e85 in savannah GA and i think the ethanol percentage had to be a lot less than the one i get around here.. the car started running lean.

so lemme get this straight, you need the flex fuel sensor and the gauge, and the harness to make it all work correctly? There's gotta be a cheaper way to do it.

So, what happens when you realize the ethonal you just pumped into your car isn't 85%, and lets say actually around 72%?

well depending on ecu you can set that up as a paramter for a 0-5v input I'm sure. As far as the PFC, well... I'm still working on that.

it will actually run rich, but the timing will be too advanced
I might have figured out how to adjust fuel vs ethanol content on the PFC, however I don't think there's a way to do IGN. If you run e85, odds are you will have an aftermarket secondary rail, eliminating the fuel temp sensor that resides in the stock rail. If you convert that signal to read from a 0-5v output from the e85 content sensor and do some math to figure out which temps relate to what voltage, you can figure out how to adjust the injector flow. Settings 2.

Well after a lot of thought and some unexpected circumstances, I will be putting the car up for sale.
Trying to figure out a fair price and will be posting an ad soon.

Ken,
Sorry to see you have to sell it especially under the current conditions you find yourself in. I hope everything works out for the best and hopefully you will get another down the road.

Best of luck.
