Most stand-alones are flash PROM'd.

I went with the AEM also, it gives me split timing and I get to keep the oil metering pump which will have a remote tank and 2stroke oil. I fairly sure the the AEM is the only one that keeps the OMP.

I have spoken with our Rotary R&D department, who have informed me the fix for this timing split issue when using a specific trigger angle and coil dwell time was repaired quite come time ago.

I have two Electromotive Tec-IIs. If you go with Electromotive, their current model, the Tec3, is easier to use AND has 20B support built in. Eith can be tuned by PFSupercars in Frederick, MD.
