T04E on a 20B... to small ?
Hey guys (and gals)
Im thinking about going the 20B swap in my head, but its only really viable if I can still use my current turbo setup on my 13B.
Ive currently got a TO4E 60-1 (.7 compressor housing) and a 1.15 hot side, Im getting 340rwhp at 14psi atm on the 13b, but with the **** compression on my currect engine I cant really push it any more.
So Im thinking going the 20B, but will this turbo be to restrictive ? Im only really looking for about 450rwhp from the 20b
Cheers for any input.

To small. And if all you want is 450rwhp the stock twins are fine. It would also be cheaper to use the stock twins. If you go single you will need a custom exhaust manifold, ($1200ish), 46mm+ wastegate, ($300-$1000), and turbo capable of flowing enough air, ($1000+). If thats all you want the stock twins will be reliable at that and you'll have the tq to match.

Way to small. Marco @ www.magnusmotorsports.com has made a 20B exhaust manifold for two TO4E's, that should say it all.
