suspension, 20b swap? got some questions

suspension, 20b swap? got some questions

ok. i just got my rx7. and am looking into a few things.. but due to the rarity of the fc. im having issues.. ok

1. im looking for a good suspension kit. like coilovers, swaybars, and anything to help suspension for mountain driving.. right now the rear end is very loose.. i want all of the same brand... non of that ebay crap. lol..

2. what is the average price to have a shop swap in a 13b turbo.. and the average for a 20b..

3. where are the rotory shops in california. preferably from sac. north.

and if it helps. ive got a 87 rx7. gxl? i dunno the trim. but yeah...

any and all help is much appreciated. also some of the online 2nd gen rx7 aftermarket shops. and whatnot. yes i know im a newb. but ive gotta start somewhere.

1. i would go with some stance coil overs or teins, rb sway bars, ( some toe links, end link camber adjuster, dts eliminator).

2. that all depends were you go,, you can do it your self as well...

depending on your money situation.. 13bt is better...

20b can very on the price depending which route you take (n/a or turbo)

but its usually pretty expensive for the most part...

3. Ben karack in the bay area or larson rotaries. the only shops i know of personally that are trust worthy..(but there might be more)



but if you plan on high power or turbo i would suggest getting the t2 drive train(trans, drive shaft, lsd + half shafts...

yeah i was thinkin stance coil overs too..

and i have noticed the 20b's are very expencive. so yeah ill probably go with the 13bt. just to keep the weight about the same.

and im not really looking for high power. just somewhat reliable and faster than the n/a. ill do some poking around for this ben karak and larson rotories.

Haha, the rarity of the FC...when I get frustrated trying to find parts for my Isuzu Impulse turbo I just look at FC parts and love how many parts there are for it.

yeah. well im just comparing it to the average car. like honda/acura. and understandable for the isuzu impulse.

well ive been looking for a website that has. a decent amount of parts for the fc. i dont wanna go to pick n pull. its 45 mins away. given the fact i will. but im looking for new glass for my mirrors. mine dont have any. lol.. or even some cf mirrors. and a nice front lip. and mbbe some new tow hooks... just the little things..

is there a intercooler blockoff plate for the fc?? i havent found any for sale. but ive seen some.
