supercharge a 20b
just an idea/i know some supercharge the 13b or 12a and it can only put out so much cuz of the low torque of the engine/but the 3 rotor doesnt have this problem/do u think it would be able to power one for like 500-600 hp?

500HP with 20B and a supercharger, no worries.
One shop here in NZ(Maz-sport) has a centrifugaly supercharged PP 20B putting out 600HP.
500Hp shouldn't be a problem even with an old rootes style blower and side ports.

Camden Superchargers aka Atkins Rotary makes a supercharger for a 20B. He is in Puyallup, WA (near Tacoma). Dave Atkins is a great resource. He puts 20Bs (with his superchargers, I believe) in aircraft.

Mad20B, no no, I am in Morrinsville in lil ol Waikato.
I run Bitch'n Performance from home as a retail outlet.
Bit of a hobby buisness realy unless things go realy well.
My brother works up in Auck at RX-7 Heavan.
Yes I have heard the runours that Maz-Sport are putting their 20B into a fully tubbed 323. That will be interesting.
When ours get started and one day finished, will be interesting to compare full tubbed drag car with mini tubbed street car. Ours will be turbo though, maybe GT42/45, depends how much I can bullshit the missus that her car isn't going to be over 550HP haha.
Can't wait for the nats this year. My brother is going for fastest NA rotary if his 323 drag car (fully tubbed buy himself) with a 13B PP, Mas-Sports new car, RX-7 Heavans drag Bat with 20B, his road bat with 20B and whatever else is hidden away in the making out there.
Where are you from?

Atkins rotary does SC's for 20B's now? When I called them a couple months ago they didn't have one, only for the 12A and 13B.
I also tried a couple places in Aus and NZ but they never got back to me with my inquiries into a SC. All this fun stuff comes out after you buy something else. Oh well.

Hey Mad20B, send me an e-mail at bitchn.7@xtra.co.nz and keep in touch.
I should have come down to CHCH for the nats, for some reason I didn't even consider going then i saw how many people from up here did go and it would have been worth it alright.
I have a customer that i sponsor building an S4 race car also, only 13B turbo though.

I say 'only' in the looses of ways, sorry
no 20B for our 323 anymore, missus has given me free reign on our Cosmo and I now also have no say in her 323 and she only wants a 13B Turbo instead of 20B, which she never realy like the idea of but I had to have it, oh well, long live the Cosmo

haha, my brother rang tonigh to see if he can have the 20B to make a PP for his drag car (using his housings) but i don't think so.
I guess it will sit for a while longer, or I might start dummy fitting it to our RX-7 now that its not needed for the 323.
