Summer Is Coming.....

Anybody else starting to get worried? Time to start ducting work and finally getting around to getting the lines made for my secondary oil cooler.

I am still on the fence about whether to use a 26 or 28" radiator core. I am hoping that I can make a 28" fit with a little 'massaging' of the end tanks

Many of the fan setups i've looked at are just too close to the front of the engine.

Mines crazy tight but I was able to fit everything in. I wanted to do 28 inches but couldnt figure out a decent way of getting my intercooler pipe pass the radiator. I do like t-vons radiator.I think that still gives you the width and the room for the pipe.

i ran that with the turbos, it would run around 80-85c in town. getting on it in the hills or up the grapevine in 100degree heat temps would climb, but i had the factory turbos too

I run a koyo radiator with a custom bracket and have 3" intercooler pipes running through the headlight openings (have to run non-popup sleek headlights to do this)

By relocating my radiator upright and foward, then going to a front mount IC I got plenty of room to install my 20B in and have good cooling.

Look at all that room for the KOYO radiator and longer 20B to fill. Still biulding the 20B engine, but soon it will have its new home here.

Very nice setup. Your dizzy seems so squashed within the frame.

Water boils to easily my friend. The boiling point is the most important thing to worry about. If you want better cooling, duct properly.

I know you should be concerned with boiling point. That's why theres the water wetter. If it were me, I would leave the antifreeze for the winter only.

antifreeze also helps lubricate the water pump, as well as anti corrosive properties...
