Anyone who can tune a 2-rotor can tune a 3-rotor.
Here is a good place to start:

Fuel and timing requirements are the same for both engines.
What would be the difference then in your mind?
Danzio has built and tuned 20b's if that makes you feel more comfortable.

20b tune

Chris over at Danzio is the best.... Hands down he is the best at all rotary engines... I have seen him tune 3rotors and get over 600 to the wheels on there Mustang dyno (a real dyno, not so BS dynojet that does not load the car up)... Do yourself a favor, call Chris...

And you have got to see that 20B sandrail that Danzio tuned 600+ to the rear wheels and made to run the dunes all day long. Those guys do know rotaries and I wonder who ended up buying that beast.

i took a nice good look at the 20B FD they had at sevenstock9.... impressive.

they did alot of custom parts too... like cut the manifold and shorten the oilpan so the 20B will sit lower.... MUCH lower.

HOw did they manage the suspension in the front w/o creating bumpsteer and ruining the overall handling of the car?

The guys at Autotech did not relocate the steering rack.
A custom oil pan, custom subframe w/ original pickup points and some massaging of the firewall avoided any bumpsteer issues. They have the absolute best conversion technique of swapping in a 3-rotor or even a 4-rotor for that matter.
The engine sits much lower than stock and the front of the engine is even further back than the original 13b the car came with.
There is more than one way to skin a cat....

Are you the guy that bought Red-RX7's car?
