You give me hope that I too might join the 20B 650HP + street driven crowd. Yea, not I've got to go spend even more money. and I love that exhaust. What's you porting it sounds like a Large street port or maybe a small bridge.

The engine has a street port. Balanced, blue printed, pined, ect everything I was able to do to it back in 2004. I am planning to build maybe another one to get all the current updates that people do to 3rotor engines. So with 6 year old tech I was able to make that power and I think more, i will be looking to make the 1000hp with current set up with minor tweeks here and there. Stay tuned. But after that i think I can make more with a newer setup. Also if you need any help with your project I can help.

Actually I don't think you need more than 450hp to wheel to spank them bad. We tuned 13b with stock twins just had front mount intercooler, 1600 injector secondaries and fuel pump upgrade and at 17psi we made 375hp and he spanks z06 all the time by a couple of cars. And the 3 rotor makes more torque.

I feel some childish need to defy convention, and silence all the doubters that rotaries are superior to piston engines. I guess I haven't entirely shaken off childish pride yet. Oh well.

Yea if you get the right people together it's a possible goal. I started my car around 2003, and after alot of R&D in my part I finally was able to get the right combination. That is why 20b conversions are expensive because all the trials and error you have to go through. That is why shop charge what they charge it cost them big buck to know what they know. If you need any help let me know or visit us at www.rzmotorsports.com

The axles and the differential are installed in the car. Now I have some minor changes to make to get the car tuned again to make 1000hp+. With the couple of changes I believe it won't be a problem making them. So I will keep you all posted I should be tuning at end of month.

That sound is so sweet. You wouldn't by chance be willing to give us a hint at what the cost of that awesome engine setup was?

The engine was built back in 2003-2004. It was ported, polish, balanced & blue printed, side plates were lapped and recoated, 3mm seals, custom dowel pinned basically anything and everything available to build the 3 rotor back then also oiling system upgrade ect. Custom built racing oil pan with higher oil capacity to run engine cooler. I think back then it was around 15000+ including price of engine. I am currently thinking of building another engine with all the new tech available now. With all the new updates available 1000hp+ would be alot easier. Because the car was slipping and spinning the tires in the dyno and still made 831hp so I really think that it has more now but I posted what the dyno said. I will keep you all posted with more updates.

Transmission upgrade on the way

I have been working in a direct bolt on swap for a t56 magnum transmission with SFI certified bellhousing (no need for adapter plate, auto bellhousing or auto starter) it uses the manual starter. Mine is on the way i will post pics of the part when i receive them. The some passes at the track later. cant wait.
