What if you used 13B irons and shaved one down to nothing so they just see two 13b Irons

Running in a minimal configuration with cats a 20b has NO chance of passing even if you did correct modifications to make it run a similar emissions system as stock 13b?

Anyways if you get the car smoged as a 13b, it passes, drop in a 20b you'll be fine. What kinda cop can look at a fc engine bay and tell the 20b doesn't belong there?

it's 74 and before for people in California. the 30 year roll was stopped last year or so. anything 1975 and early have to be smogged.
