Question Is this iron junk?

This is the front 20B iron. The holes have been machined. I believe the block was previously pinned. It looks like too much material was machined off. Is this iron junk or can I use it?

Thank You

Won't the coolant leak out around the stud?

no, the tension bolts have rubber gromit washers where they meet the rear iron, specifically for preventing coolant from leaking out under normal circumstances

Engine Gasket Sets and Rotor Kits scroll to the bottom, tension bolt seals

Thanks guys. I am going to be running the 12.7mm Stud Kit though. Hopefully that won't affect it.
