interest in a 20B fs?

I have a buddy who is thinking of selling his rebuilt 20B. What would you offer $ wise for it? It has not been abused, or even put on the road since rebuilt.

as much info as you can gather would be good... builder.. series.. longblock.. shortblock... fuel..etc
