i am currently trying to find out if anyone has ever seen or knows where i may get my hands on a 20b manifold to suit 3 x single throttle bodies....

for a na conversion we are building at the moment

like a ida weber ida manifold

why not get hold of an older porsche's tb or carb

they are three barrel and is ida setup. or you can try these two:

i have 3 throttle bodies lined up allready

what im after is a manifold to bolt to 20b to take 3 throttle bodies, with the same base design as a ida weber..

I COULD MAKE ONE BUT TRYING TO MAKE IT TIDY, WILL BE A BIT OF A MISSION AS THE 3 HUGE PORTS AND 3 SMALL PORTS TRYING TO MEET INTO 3

WOULD MUCH PREFER A CAST ALLOY ONE IF ANYONE HAS EVER MADE A MOULD FOR ONE

i did look at using a weber ida3c (triple barrel ida) but it is going to work out the same price to inject it, as i will still have to use a microtech ltx12 to run the ignition

i am fabbing one myself too. i can't find anything out there either.

 

i am building a 20b bridgeport with 3 throttle bodies pictured below, which are made by a company in new zealand,

and need the manifold to bolt the 3 of these to engine

it is a showcar, (hence why i want a cast alloy one)


i dont have any problem in making one, but firstly i dont have the time, and secondly im a perfectionist and i wont be happy unless its 110%

We can fab up a beautiful manifold from 1 + 1/2 of existing cast pieces from 13b intakes either in a stand up IDA position, or DCOE layout, over the engine. the actual throtle body flange does not matter.
We made one some time back, just like this using Slide Valve Mikuni motorsicle carbs made for V Twin Harley's.
I will try to locate a pic. of that one.
I do have pics. of others we've done using tripple DCOE's like the old Datsun inline 6 cylr. setups.

Node was actually asking for me.. I'm currently looking at putting together a side ported n/a 20B and using 3 or 6 individual Throttle bodies like or simular to the ones below.

 

Look at my photo bucket album, and You' see my 20b Race motor w/ a triple IDA style set-up.
As to the triple DCOE, it is not in the album but I can send a pic, of give a link to it.
either way, I've built both systems.
If PP., Then I would go w/ 3X IDA's.
If side port, then I would prefer 3X DCOE's.
If side port, one other option, is as I stated earlier, 3X Single Throthle body or Motorcycle Carby's over the top of engine. A la old school Mikuni side draft 12a, or RB 6 port setups.
This last option, I cant find pics. off.
I will keep looking. I know I have them.
