if i stay in japan what should i get

i may have a chance to stay another 3 years in japan and am intersted and curious about the 20b cosmo. being here will probably be the only chance i get to drive in one let alone own one. but i know nothing about the car itself except for the fact that the 20b is rediculous in every way from performance to price, but as a whole car the price is actually resonable ( if you live here in japan). lately ive been seeing more and more and since its now considered "old" i would possibly be able to manage getting it back to the states (florida) under the kit car loop hole with not too many problems. the only thing is that ive never really heard of any one doing anything to them besides stripping them of there engines. is there a reason for this. if not the cosmo i was thinking of course FD or FC........if you were in my shoes what would you go with.

well, the reason why you hear so many people stripping them of the engine, is because its the only factory car you can get with a 20b in it. They are all automatics and luxery cars, and most people would rather have them in a nimble sports car with a 5 speed. hence the rx7.

I say get the cosmo. I've heard of people getting the car, and the car growing on them.
