dumb question

ok, trying to figure this out. i dont know if i'm tired, or just an idiot

i'm using the Pettit FD 8.5 lb flywheel (FD trans), but there are no threaded holes to mount the pressure plate to. Obviously i have to use the 20b counter-weight. When using the Pettit flywheel, the pressure plate, i think, usually bolts through the flywheel to the Pettit counterweight.
So....do i have to get a new flywheel with threaded holes like the stock fd flywheel? or, can i just use bolts on the motorside of the flywheel?

It was a long weekend and i'm stumped, any ideas?

is it possible i got an fd counterweight instead of the 20b one? anybody got a pic of what it looks like?
am i missing something?
