do i need a drysump?

hey there!
have some questions concerning oiling upgrades and such. i am making a 20b NA for my fd, and i want to check with you guys and make sure i have all my basis coverd. what other mods will i need to spin the engine to about 9k, or even above? i know that having the rotors lightend and have the rotors, e-shaft, counterwieghts, and clutch assembly balanced. but is it essential to use a dry sump? is there any other way to up the pressure to be safe enough to run those rpms? and if i need to run a drysump, will the mazdaspeed internal drysump front cover alow me to use the omp? or should look into a external drysump pump? and what is the trick to taping the center housing for oil supply?
sorry for all the questoins, i dont have any experiance with drysumping a rotary.
Thanks in advance!

Pm GTORX7, he co-owns Defined Autoworks. One of his personal cars is a 3 rotor FD(n/a) He also has a drysump set-up. He will tell you all you need to know!
