Another 20b singel turbo choice question

It might have been covered before but im gonna be a bit more specific in terms of what i am looking for!

I am looking for a turbo capable of 600rwhp but will use it on around 500, i will do mainly time attack but some street use will occure aswell as some rare drag races.

The turbo must be a BB one since spool and response in nr1 prio!
The turbo must be rather compact to maybe pass emissions and it can not be ratet for more then 600rwhp (on a rotary!!!) since timeattack regulations says so for me
It must be a t4 undivided or tial exhaust housing
The turbo must be as free flowing as possible as heat and backpreassure is a bad for a track car :-)

I know that i have to compromise but please help me find the best turbo for me..... my local turbo builder suggested gtx40r of some sort but im not sure they are rotary oriented enough :-/

I'm not sure what you mean rotary oriented enough outside of maybe the stock turbos? They came with a rotary so I guess that's about as rotary oriented as you get.
You could always get yourself a slightly larger turbo size and perhaps adjust your A/R to give you better response.
GT40 series are good in size, you may also consider the S366 or S400 too.

BorgWaner EFR8374. Should be sized perfectly and you will not find a quicker spool at that power level with the dual ball bearing Gamma TI turbine wheel mated to a billet compressor.

I'd suggest the Gtx40r also.

loll They definitely aren't the cheapest. You may want to give up an arm and a leg for it too
