Also, Rich at Auto Illusions makes them. His website is at http://www.auto-illusions.com and he goes by the name "autoillusions" on this board. He did my manifold and it fit great! You can't use the 20b water pump without modifing it, but most people use the fd one anyways. Here's some pics of mine. Don't mind my dirty engine bay, lol. You can see in the pics that it all fits under the hood at it's location...

I can measure them today when I stop by my shop. I think they are 2", but I can't remember for sure.

Im shure there probably 2" but the main difference will be that illusions will be equal length. Im no exhaust guy so I dont know if that plays a huge roll in turbocharged cars. While your at your shop I would be interested in knowing the measurement of your radiator. Do you know what he charges for a manifold?

equal length is pretty important to most people, but with almost everything, it depends on your goals for the car.
here's a pic of mine, haven't taken pics of it in the car yet...
oh, this is sean's btw.

This is a picture of Abel's manifold. FWIW -it does not appear to be equal length.

Hmmm those primaries look like 1.75" ID. Being Abel's manifold, I'm sure it's equal length. You just can't see the under side.

yeah, i agree with t-von. hard to tell, but it looks like it could be equal with the rear runner going straight to the collecter, the middle runner dropping down, then coming back up. and the front one you can't even see, but probably swoops around somewhere before getting to the collecter in the manifold. .

anyone have a Cosmo or a Cosmo front cut hanging around? Im looking for someone to make a manifold that fits. I have a RE Amemiya one and you have cut a chunk out of the shock tower to get a turbo fit. looks to me like they built on the engine stand and didnt test fit on the car.

I did alot of talking with turbo builders, and after seeing lots of high end turbo cars at work, equal length does not seem to be very important. Not to the extremes of course. I still would only have equal length on one of my cars, as I cant see any disadvantage in it.
