thank you sir. Im not too far away from starting her. Just gotta buil the manifold. Grab a fuel cell and pumps. Then wire in the lt-12.

What kind of material did you end up using for the subframe, as in pipe OD, wall thickness etc.

I had some DOM tube laying around that was 1.75" OD x 0.120 thick.

Made my own fuel rails. Came out nice. Just gotta get some different lower gromets.

 

fd power steering pump. I didnt like the seperate V belt nor the location of the stock 20b pump.
I may ad a couple idles if the belt slips or flexes too much.

 

^ That's not gonna work sir at the crank! Over tightening wont help either because you will over stress your bearings.

 

get a two sided belt and go over the top of the crank, maybe?

 

no becuz i will spin backwards lok. i thought about it. but the belt does pull up a little. it looks like it barely grabs the crank in the picture. but i will prob put an idler between the crank and PS to give it more wrap on the crank

Is the steering rack in its stock location or did u do somthing to solve a possible bumpsteer problem?

 

i angleed the rack down. but i also steped down the knuckles and i need to make some tierod ends with like a half in. spacer and then the tie rods and rack will remain perfecltly level
