20B exhaust flange for making header

If any one needs an exhaust flange for building a 20B exhaust header, i have 2-extra 1/2" mild steel flanges left. (water jet cut)

I can build the header if needed.

$90 shipped.

Hope this can stay in the 20B forum due to the lack of interest for the 3-rotor in the normal classifieds.

What's the specs on the exhaust port cut?
Is it 2.0" or is it oversized to compensate for pipe O.D.?

over sized to fit 2 1/4" od pipe or 2 1/8" id primary tubes.

If you want to run smaller primary tubes you can run a short sleeve as a bushing which some do any way to add to the strength at the mounting point where most of the stress is!

Perfect!
I think we can use one of these things.
I'll hopefully contact you soon for one of the flanges.
Thanx for offering such custom products!

thank you for the feed back. I am glad it worked for you.

I only have the two left and it looks like they might both be gone.

I re-designed the exhaust flange. Drawing it my self on Autocad several times until it was perfect. The old design was fine which i did not draw but this new one is perfect. A little thicker were needed and thinner where it is not. An exact replica of the turbo exhaust gaskets connected together with holes for 2.25" primary tubes.

$125 each. LASER CUT FROM 3/8" STAINLESS!

Bump this thread because i have 6 flanges left and want to sell them fast.

The demand was there as i was selling them and ordered 10 more. Now things slowed down and i have 6 left which i don't need!

$100 each includes freight!

3/8" stainless steel laser cut for a perfect fit!
