20b DIY manifold kit...

Recent events prompt a sale of some stuff I was going to use in my 20b conversion...

I will still do it but it will take longer and the approach might be different.

Here is the parts for the manifold:

Let me know if there are any questions...

Some answers:

Yes, collector is 3into1...I'm looking to sell the whole thing together ideally, if it doesn't sell in time I might consider parting it out.

The piping is 2" if I'm not mistaken...or it could be 1.875...regardless, the gauge is 16 and the collector is meant to be butt welded to this diameter pipe.

The engine flange is the one that Racing Beat sells and I believe it is Mild steel, coming from many manifold builds, I prefer this because its really good at resisting warping during welding when compared to SS of the same thickness. The T6 Turbo flange is 1/2" thick Steel.

Let me know if you have any more questions, I lowered the price to 175.00.

Best regards,

Chris

16 gauge is thin for a turbo manifold.

I've built many manifolds with this stuff before. Depending on your design you might need a support. If you measure it, its about .02-.03" thicker walled than what a 16 gauge would be so I just said 16 gauge.
