20b assembly

woow...quite some time without posting stuff.....anyways ...i finally got my stuff , been real busy .....
ok guys , tore my engine appart ,now i an ready to assemble it (its all ported doweled and ready to go).....just wondering ...i got the e-shaft seperated using scalliwag`s tool (works great btw)...but just how excactly do you put the shaft back together ???...plastic hammer?? ...thanks in advance guys!

well , ..i am putting the thing back together, this weekend ...i am thinking of tapping the "extra" eccentric with a plastic/wooden hammer i will post some pics while doing so ,

that's what a few people have done, just use a plastic hammer to tap tap tapperoo. . .just give it aliittle tappy. only name i can think of is guitarjunkie. . .serach for his thread on the reassembly, i'm pretty sure he even took pics along the way

i checked but i cant find anything does anyone know if there is a pin supposed to hold the eccentric peice together with the main e-shaft ?
this is what happens when you move everithing from one shop to another and you dont reassemble an engine within a year ...damn

There is just the woodruff key that holds the position of the front part,and it is a friction fit. I used a deadblow hammer (plastic hammer with sand in it) to tap it into place.

just put it together !
when you put the big nut on the front that will fit it together.
just like putting the counter weight on the back.
