well, thanx. you go from wanting to rob me to wishing me good luck. thats how we new yorkers are though man, no hard feelings. i would also love to see b167 ripping it up and running smoothly one day. its like my baby man. so many days i sat in my garage staring at it wishing i had the money to finish the project. no affiliatons, and i was gonna do the conversion myself with the help of an expert at powerhouse tuning. i never touched it though, i spent most of my days stripping my fc.

update: as of 10/16/07, my motor is still for sale. however, im gonna try to stay off the threads because i just discovered david hayes bad mouthing me on other threads. hes still calling me a scammer. i think hes having a midlife crisis. david, enjoy your retirement,im only 20 and im not so fortunate as you at this time and im in a financial hole. i need to sell this damn motor and you are not helping me at all. i hope i see you crossing the street one day so i can run your *** over.

 

Ken i used to be at that stage, heck im probably barely out of it lol... my 20b rx7 has been sleeping under a cover in my garage for several years now and it's been almost 1year where i haven't touched it.... At this point in my life i have alot of priorities and my work comes first because without it i cannot pay the bills... its very frustrating to start a dream only to stop because of BS or other things that are more important... on the bright side, atlease my rx3 and rx2 are cheaper projects so they should be done by spring....
Most guys that called you a scammer, has been on here for ages and have seen/herd just about evey scam in the book .... whenever we see a new guy with an offer like yours, low post count and no one else knows you on here to back up your claims the BS flag automatically goes up.... just imagine guys are seeing pics on their own cars on Ebay and craigslist scams, so we trust no one on here unless he proves us wrong... meaning if i were trying to pitch my engine for a few grand.. i'd have given a few methods of contact (email,phone,etc) ...and if i were in your shoes [to date] i would have taken an photo of me w/ my 20b giving the camera the finger.

however, you've not done anything 'cept provide excuses as to why you can't give more info, photos,etc.

btw: i HIGHLY doubt David is bashing you in other threads, I've not heard one bad word or post from him about people who have actually screwed him over.

allow me to correct myself. the motor is not b167, its b617. and it might not be visible, but i actually have people from the tristate area coming to see the motor because of this useless thread and if you are tired of seeing it close your eyes.

motor finally sold, thanx to all for the feedback.

 

just to chime in here, Ken is not a bullshitter, he actually did have the motor in the exact condition he described it. I had been to his house 3 times to inspect the motor before finally buying it last week. Ken is a man of his word and stopped entertaining PM's and phone calls after i left him a deposit a week earlier.
