eh that answers my questions enough, kinda weird tho, mine sounds like an r1, not sure about the oilcollers tho, havent checked if it has em, no sunroof, no rear wiper, all leather seats, no suede, and a rear wing like your cym has, some of this could be aftermarket, put on to make it look better, who knows, the person that owned it before me was a moron and should never own another nice car again, everything done to this car was done half assed, unfortanatly i couldnt see alota of the problems untill i acually got it home and started looking at things better, and started driving it more, like the 19's on it have to wide of front tires 245's and are tearing my fenders to hell and back, oh well, time and money i plan on getting new fenders anyway, but im deffinatly gona have to get some smaller front tires for it ,

We'd better, my car needs a set of headlights and I've got a couple thousand dollars tied up in this latest effort.

Are you referring to the FEED ones? If you happen to discover where I could find a set like that for less, or if you do order those and are satisfied, please do share

Yes, the feed bushings are ball and socket type which have absolutely 0 give! Probably not recommended for street use as they are probably a little bumpy!

Just posted a few parts including some 20B engine parts. Check out the 3rd gen parts listings.

I posted my custom made intake and oil pan as well as some new engine iron housings, a spare 20B motor and parts, seats, brake parts, etc. Trying to clean up a little!

Still working on the project though. waiting for the intake - any word?

Got the final ignition system decided on and coming in later this week..

By motec's suggestion i went with the M&W CDI boxes (1 leading & 1 trailing)

Also from M&W i got there ferrite compact pak005 double coil packs x 3

None of this was cheap but very nice quality, output specs and sizes.

Also finalized the Motec 800 and accessorie list. Hopefully will order it this week. I just have to find another piggy bank somewhere that hasn't already been broken into

Found out that my fly wheel that was made by Aasco performance is spaced wrong to run the auto starter. They are building me another one as we speak at no extra cost and this one has to be made completely custom as a one off part.

If any one is looking for a wild and crazy clutch or flywheel setup, i would highly recommend these guys as they stand behind their products even though the spacing issue was not there fault.

They are a large Tilton clutch distributor and make custom flywheels for almost any application!

www.horsepowerinabox.com Try them. They seem to be fairly cheap for Motec stuff. If you don't see what you want give them a call.

Get ready for a couple of pics here and there, not to many but most importantly....

In less than 4 weeks my car is going to be measured for a wire harness (hopefully the intake manifold is finished and in the car) along with all the electronic components in place.

I plan on having the engine and Motec tuned on an engine dyno in about 8 weeks by second street speed in Pennsylvania and have the motor in the car, completed and running in about 12 weeks.

After the car is running and nothing needs changed, i will tear it all down and start the final paint and powder coating procedure which should only take a couple of weeks.

The interior details and stereo are not going to be started until next winter unless the rest of the schedule goes as planned which is unlikely.

Its time to push the project out of the garage.

Hopefully i can budget my time to get this project running.

P.S. DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE I CAN HAVE GOOD TURBO BLANKET MADE TO FIT?

Well, got the Motec complete system covered. When it comes in i will have plenty of work to do but i am not going to make the wire harness. Found out that Motec is not alloud to release the drive by wire software with the computer unless they build the wire harness (legal reasons!)
I guess it is better that they build the harness but not happy about the price quote. I hope it comes down a little before it is completed.

I got the radiator mounted and i am waiting for the front mount heat exchanger for the PWR water to air intercooler.

I also got in an Earls oil cooler but i am not impressed by the look of it. It is painted somewhat of a gray color, i was hoping for a more natural aluminum look to match the heat exchanger. I am still considering changing to another brand but not sure which. Maybe Mocal or PWR!

Putting the horse in front of the buggy again, i also just got in my Hoosier Drag Radials 255/50r16 and i am considering ordering the a new front tire from M/T which is 24" in diameter and mounts on an 18" x 4" wide rim. (large rim is needed to clear the front brakes)
I would like to find a 17" but have had no luck except for a 2" wide dragster tire.

I am considering ordering a set of custom made drag wheels from CCW in Florida or Kodiak Racing in Canada! Does any one have any other suggestions for made to order rims that i could look into?

If you have a mock up, i could build you one. 304ss is fine for average HP goals but 321ss is recomended.

Which turbo?

it smaller than a gt42 with a t4 base. Like how much with a 321ss would it be. its probably as long a the gt42 exhaust manifold a-spec uning sells.

321 ss 2 1/4" tubes for 13B with external wasted gate tube and flange with a partial down pipe using stainless flanges would be around $700 to $1000 if you have a good mock up. other wise, i would need the car to varify turbo placement related to fitment! hard to quote without more information like, divided collector, primary tube size, waste gate type, open waste gate?, waste gate fitment or just a tube off the header (i could build a partial down pipe with plumbing for the waste gate) Best thing is PM me for information to see if i could help you out on the project.

TT rex 7, you daaa mann, you daaa mann!

Looks great! Quality as expected. Keep em coming!

Is the motor flange done as well with the o-ring grooves?

I don't see a reess in the picture for the intake runners to fit into for welding? Is it there?

Are you still up for a billet plenum? If so, i can get you the complete drawing in any file type of your choice?

Any work on the runners yet? That is what i am waiting to see!

Shoot me a PM, or e-mail. There's a few small issues with having the .05 recess for the runners.

The motor flange and runner flange have been done for a while, its just been hard to find time to finish cleaning them up how I wanted. It'll clean up even better once you have it polished. I just don't have the right wheels here at the shop right now to clean it up 100%.

I'm totally up to making the plenum from billet! Just send over the file that you have, and I should be able to open it.

There's been alot of work done to the runners, and i'll post up some pictures as soon as they are finished. The injector bung hole should be put in over the weekend, and shipped this coming up week! Since I havn't had a chance to put it on a machine, I started cleaning it up real good! BTW, while I still have a chance, are you wanting a hole in the runners, ready to be tapped, for the nitrous? Not sure how your wanting to do that, so I didn't put it in.

These damn flanges better fit 100% perfect when you get them this weekend! I'm sick of working on them!!

Wow, H&H tool shop is way cool. Not only can they build you custom parts for your ride but will also post progress reports with current progress with detailed pictures.

Just don't give away any measurements incase it works Maybe some one will want to buy one!
