Im all for saving money, but trying to run a turbo engine with an N/A ECU is just dumb.
Why not just get a TII ECU to go with your TII engine. Its not like the S4 units are hard to find, getting one of Ebay should be easy enough.
The N/A ECU is set for smaller injectors than the TII,it wont recognize postive manifold pressure coming from the turbo, and it wont have any provisions for the knock sensor.

If your just talking about running a 4 port TII block without a turbo, with an N/A ECU,then that should work. They are basically the same engine, except for compression ratios and injector sizes. It wouldnt be ideal......a set of N/A rotors and injectors in a TII 4 port engine block with the N/A ECU, would be the correct match.
