yet another update of my schweet interior with pix

Still upgrading/updating my cars interior (and exterior, but i'll save those pictures for later ) anyway, three new/different things... one, I changed from that silver center console plate to a new black metal with iddy biddy holes in it. Soon I'll put LED's under it or those mini blacklights or something like that. Also, I replaced the e-brake handle that I had on there with a stock black one, and replaced the plastic part with a leather shift boot from a 2nd gen. Right now it's just kinda sitting on there, I'll affix it better when I have some more time. anyway, hope you all like how she's comin along, i know i do

i've actually checked it out quite a few times. as i recall, you have the all black interior with the sweet steering wheel... I'm actually very jealous of the black/dark colors. I will eventually have all black stuff in my rx-7, but changing/painting the dash and stuff is quite a job, and will require a lot of planning which requires time which i just don't have since I'm working 65 hrs. a week before i go back to college...

top two, power windows

center controls three neons in the back

lower is my "mo betta bass" ****, as somebody on the forum called it before. (bass punch **** for my rockford fosgate amp)

I also have another switch installed right next to the steering wheel where you 12A guys have your choke which currently controls two blacklights in the back (which i have still not actually seen on at night since my car is on jackstands waiting for a new muffler) and it will eventually control two more blacklights, and/or a radar detector.

well, i'm sellin them...

but for the greater good of human kind and fellow rotorheads, i'll tell you exactly what was told to me. go to radio shack, buy some switches, some wires, and use good ol fashion guess and check. If that doesn't work, you have two options. one, buy a center piece from me with the switches pre-installed. two, wait a few days for me to get out there and take it apart to see exactly where the wires go (or if u buy one from me, i'll look then).

in all honesty, i don't remember exactly how to wire it up and don't want to tell you wrong. $40 will get you a center console from me in either silver metal, black metal, silver see-thru, black see-through (like i have) or clear plexiglass with the switches already wired and installed.

just saw my blacklights for the first time. two pix attatched...

one with a flash to see where the stuff is

one w/out to see where the two blacklights and center neon is. There are also two neon's underneath the 6 x 9's.

like i said before, three neons are from the center console, and the two blaclights are from a switch where the choke is on the 12a's

haha, there's still more switches to come too...

i still need to hook up a radar detector, which will go through a switch (and be mounted on the ceiling). There will also be a few more lights in my interior which i might add to a new switch. I will probably also add a fuel pump switch and hide it somewhere as a safety feature. what can i say? I like switches and buttons and ***** and other fun things like that
