I tell my customers it may take 6 weeks to recieve their Sterling Carb. I figured that would be PLENTY of time, but I have run over that time with a couple.
It's very hard to do this as a second job and get your **** together when you're first starting out.
But I have always been very well recieved by my customers even when I tell them I can't get it to them on time because I always email them, and I'm genuinely humble to them with my appology.
I don't want to be known for being late, but sometimes there's just nothing you can do about it.
You just have to maintain contact and never leave them hanging there. Most people are very easy-going if they don't feel like you forgot about them.
