It is an awesome car for sure... Shame they couldn't afford a shift ****! Probably spent all the cashish on welding!

Now if only it were a 240z instead of a 280z *notice it's LHD*
Those are actually all welds my good friends, by cutting an rewelding like that, you can ease the bends in the piping, creating more airflow. Not to mention, its not that easy to bend 4" mild steel.
Not to mention it looks really fricking spiffy.
The reason there isn't a shift **** is because the car is up for show.........people tend to take of their shift **** when they show their car...

Used to own a '73 240, man I loved that car! (I still have the dual weber setup and intake for it too!) I was shopping for another when I found my RX 7. Now I need to convince my wife that I NEED two sports cars that can't haul the kids! Then I'll be all set!
