Wooden Steering wheel

I want a wood steering wheel, specifically the victoria british one, but they want way to much money for it. Are there any other ones that look like that but for less? or better yet, anyone have a used one they wanna sell?

I also like that steering wheel, but $150.00+ is out of the question. For that amount, the steering wheel should drive the car all by itself.

yea serioulsy. Maybe someday when my car's suspension is done, its repainted, and I do a ton of other little more important things I'll blow the cash on it. that is unless I can find a used/cheaper one...

Make sure to wear your seatbelt cause a wood wheel will bash your face like no other. They are banned by most race sanctioning bodies for safety reasons.

Steeringwheel section at "flamingriver.com"

Well- if yer gonna pay 'fergetaboudit' prices fer a damn wheel, these sure are purdy!!!

I picked up a brochure at a car show. The nice wooden ones start at $187.00.

I dunno. I think I would pay it. I've been tossing it around all ayear in the back of my head. I like their four spoke woody.
But I would need a matching **** and then I would have to fab a perfectly matching brake handle in order to be really happy! (It's a compulsion! )

while my friend was in japan he picked up a nardi for me for $125. not wooden. the leather wrapped ones. looks damn nice though.

according to my friend, in japan they sells nardis at most autoparts store. like how we sells grants at places like autozone.
