I want the spoilers from a Champ Car, not cause it would look cool - it would look absolutely horrible. I would want it so that I could stop places just to "put another turn in the rear" or "take a half-turn out of the front". Don't worry, I'll never actually do it. I guess that goes in the 'other' category.

Uhhh... I like first gens just fine without any wings or spoilers. But if I was forced to put one on my car I'd put a supra style wing, 'cause that just looks cool.

That yellow 3-piece is ******* ENORMOUS. And the Racing style is alright, and the shogun style is kinda wierd... It doesn't really match the curves of the car (since the rear end is kinda square)

Whaletails are alright, just as long as they aren't like 2 foot hanging off the back of your car... I've seen some that are just too damn huge.

Edit: I just thought of something. I wanna mount one of those giant Plymouth wings (I forget which car it's on) onto my 1st gen. I think those things are taller than the car if you stand them up next to one.. But oh well, it'd be fun.

I like the stock wing, but I doubt that I'll find one.

I beg to differ, the IMSA spoiler isn't that hard to find, it's the airdam that's a bitch to get. They made alot more spoilers than airdams. And I agree the stock IMSA kit looks the best.

I think you mean a superbird (god love that wing!)
I have asked and looked, it's too wide and made of fiberglass.

The mounts for our wing (last post) are 12mm thick aluminium. The bolts come up through the rear panel so no mounting points are visable.
Bloody mud on the tyres. The only bit of grass I drove across to take pics, and it was muddy!

I don't like the look of wings on 1st gens much at all....
But out of the ones pictured the shogun style has the most potential......i'd just have it tidied up where it sits on the rear, make it look like it has no bottom just sides and a top. Doesn't look as bad as i would have thought, but i still prefer the classic lines of a 1st gen.
It's why i bought one over a gen2 after all.

IMSA spoiler all the way. I'm getting mine fiberglassed on the car when i get the car painted. So there will be no lines at all and it will look like its just part of the sheet metal.
