Windsheild wipers stuck ON?

Alright here I am putting the ECU wiring harness back in, and I have most everything put back together, but I wanted to check it before I got too far. So turn on the key and the wipers just keep going, yes they go faster, but the dont stop. So I unplugg all the fuses, and the only one that makes it stop is the Engine fuse (underdash) So I instead unplug the damn motor for now. Any suggestions with this? Is it JUST the turn signal switch or did I plug something wrong together? Oh and grounds are all AWESOME now because I replaced my battery cables, and cleaned the hell out of the ground terminals, and my headlights were stuck up before, now they move fast as hell up or down. Cool Huh? Alright I have pics of this thing I call a car on the way too.

You must have something plugged in wrong. Probably on the combination switch. Check the wiring diagram to see what fuse is supposed to control it and go from there.
