www.blackdragonauto.com usually has all this stuff.

www.mazdatrix.com may have it as well.

I bought from blackdragonauto, although it fits, it's definitely not the same as what comes with the car. They don't cut the outer window trim right so it sort of doesnt look how it should, and also the full weather stripping that goes inside the door all around it is actually a little TOO long so when you shut the door it pops back out a little unless you shut it hard enough to get it closed right. maybe try mazdatrix instead!

Mazdatrix has OEM Mazda parts. I have used both and Mazdatrix door seals do fit better (window seals too.)

i got the autozone weather stripping for my GSL a while back it it fit great. it was stiff until broken in, but all in all it was good. (door, not window)

the ball joint is removable.

Weatherstripping

Door weatherstrip and glass channel from Black Dragon worked and fit well. The outer door window seal from Black Dragon shrank in the sun. Get it from Mazdatrix.
