Question Window Regulator Question

So, I bought the part to replace my manual window regulator, but was sent no installation instructions.... Can anyone steer me to a site to find/download stuff like that?

its pretty strait forward.
pull the interior door panel off, it held in with the armrest screws and a couple other ones, the door handle cup screw. after that its 2 #3 phillips hold the glass to the regulater and a bunch of 10mm bolts that hold the reg. to the door.
good luck.

When pulling the door panel, watch out for 3 philips head screws in the bottom of the door panel, barely visible in the carpet.

When adjusting the new regulator, there are 3 adjust points:

1 at the center of the very front which adjusts the fore to aft adjustment. Don't get this too tight, or it will jump track and bind when the window is rolled down. Somewhere around midpoint should be OK, but it mainly comes into play when the window is halfway up and more.

2 bolts about the dead center of the door. These are slotted up and down, and adjust the tilt of the window relative to the door frame. Seems to me they work backwards of what you would expect, so if you want the front to tilt higher, raise the rear bolt. They can be a real pain to get perfect. Small adjustments make big movements in the glass.

Be sure to apply a nice coat of a light lituium grease to the tracks before installing. And get your plastic door liner tucked back in corretly before putting the skin back on.
