7.5" + 17mm will NOT fit in front... for sure. It'll stick out PAST the fenders about 1/2".

7.5" +21mm will also NOT fit in front... for sure. It'll stick out PAST the fenders about 1/3".

Unless you run stretched tires, that is beyond just being able to roll your fenders. You will need to get your fenders pulled out to fit them without rubbing.

A wheel that sits flush with the fender with a tire tire that's mounted square on the wheel will still rub a rolled fender when turning under compression. Those wheels stick out 1/3" outside of the fender...

7.5" +31mm will sit just about flush with the fender. Running a 205 series tire with your fenders rolled should definitely clear it... with the strut top mounted in the correct position to give -1* camber.

I don't know how much clearance there is on the strut-side. But I've heard a 7" + 35mm wheel is already a damn tight fit. With a 7.5" +38mm wheel, you're putting the wheel a little more than 5mm closer to the strut tube than it would be with a 7" +35mm...
