I read about a 20b firstgen... however, I highly doubt that mounts can be bought. You'll have to go for custom fabrication.
Also, the 20b is heavy. I think the article I read said it messes up the balance of the car considerably.
Anyhow, to answer the question though, yes it'll fit.

Plan on fabricating a lot of parts if you want a 20B conversion. Anything you can get pre-fabricated is nice, but if you are not willing to spend a lot of time and money on a 20B conversion, then just stick with a 12A or 13B. There is a reason why the pro shops charge $35,000 for this conversion.
No, the 20B doesn't mess up the static weight distribution if you build the car correctly. Yes, it does have a bit of a polar moment of inertia issue, but you don't see people complaining about this when they add large radiators, large oil coolers, intercoolers, complex cold air intakes, turbochargers, superchargers, heavy aero front ends, or other performance items that add a bit of weight to the front end. Also, I think that 90% of the people on this forum wouldn't know the difference anyway, lol. Read the Pettit Banzai article in reference to overcoming the static weight distribution issue:

Here is a 3-rotor 1Gen. It's not actually a 20B, but it's the same idea.

Why do people think a 20B swap has to be sooooo expensive?
People have been swapping engines since the beginning of time (time did not exist before cars ) and they didn't need $4000 radiators and $800 "mount kits". Jusy dig out the welder and basic fabrication ability and have at it.

Another FC suspension swap? That's like four I've heard of now. The main difficulty is supposed to be getting the steering hooked up properly, everything else can be done with a degree of bolt-inness.
I have, ah, *better* plans. Need to do more junkyard reasearch though.
