I'm always worried one (deer) will jump out in front of me while rounding twisties at night on my bike w/no helmet at 75mph. luckily they're not as wild during riding season, always on the lookout though.

I dont know how much you looking to spend but www.rx7heaven.com has doors for $100 and fenders for $75.

But I think that the freight charges could be a little rough.

I've also seen fenders on ebay go pretty cheap in the past.
