What?? You didn't like the roof scoop? I guess it's a rally look that has to grow on you...I debated the rectangle "foglights", should they have been round instead, ya think?

I like this one. Not really a widebody kit but I think it`s just a little more subtle. I don`t know who`s car or kit this is if anybody knows please tell.

P.S.- I do know this car is from Australia though.

it just doesnt do it for me. the ONLY, and i mean ONLY body kit/air dam/any mod. to the body ive liked was that insane fb race car posted a week or so ago, and even though its fully functional, the wing would have to not be there on a street car. all these wide body kits, mazda, the mode 1, the cp racing, the fender flare kits... all that just doesnt flow nicely to the design of the fb. ive seen really nice wide bodys for fc's and fd's, but nothing realistic has ever striked my interest that is made for the first gens.

Hey, I'm an amatur 3D modeler, and would like to take a stab at modeling one of these. All I need is one side pic, one front pic, and one rear pic. They all need to be from the middle of the car and the same distance from the car. A stock 7 or modded 7 will work. I can modify the skeleton as anyone likes and post a pic when its done. The only problem is that this can take a while. Count on about 2-3 weeks for completion. So, if anyone wants to get those pics for me, I will try to make a good model.

I got blueprints of an SA in my haynes, but they are the SA. Its hard to model something from nothing. The back of the SA is significantly different than an FB. I probably couldn't get it right. I could do an SA which would get the point across. I would just like to have FB blueprints or pics. But like I said, they have to be specific in position. Any differences in size of the car or possition can severly throw off the car's model.

Thats also a lot of work. I've got the model started of the SA. Almost got the drivers side done. Its going quicker than I thought it would. I think I'll just stick with the SA.
It is possible to get the pics done. I would do it, but my car is in no condition to do this with. To do it, just measure the height of the car from the ground on a level surface. Divide that by two and that is how high you need to set the camera. Nex measure the distance away from the car that is needed to it the SIDE of the car into the lense of the camera. Set the camera away from the car this distance for all pics. Next just center the camera to the car and snap your pic.
Its a lot of work, but it will pay off in the long run, I hope.

Yeah, I'm doing a stock SA for starters. No idea when it will be done though. For all I know, it will never be done, which I hope is not the case. Haven't worked on it much. Just don't have the time. Got the drivers side done. Now on to the hard part, the front and back.

Finally here are the Pics I've been looking for...
This is an 82' with a widebody kit that I'm picking up this week for resell.
As you may see on the Pics, it does need a little TLC as some parts of the rear fender are seperating. Surprisingly the front fenders look immaculate for the exception of one visible screw. Other then that, I'd say perfect.
The Mariah Fiberglass hatch is no longer on the car.
Also the car comes with almost new 225/50/15 front - 245/50/15 rear tires that cost the owner $500 just a few weeks before he lost compression to the rear rotor.
I'm looking to get $1,500 for it. Anyone here interested, let me know now before I list it on eBay?
