Look like it's time to take the flame to the O2 sensor to get it out, 20 years she's been in there, imagine that. That is unless somebody has some master technique to get it out which doesn't require flames, which would be sweet seeing as I don't have a torch at home.
it wil come off after time, try some cutting oil or pb blaster

WD-40 should only be used for a sex lube, even then it is pretty worthless.
I tried some PB but didn't let it sit more than 30 minutes, guess i'll load it up tonight and then again tomorrow and try getting it off again. Hopefully PB requires a spark to ignite and not extreme heat seeing as it'll be sprayed all over the exhaust when it comes time to fire her up again.
Oh yeah, do you take any parts off of the car to get better access to it, I hardly have enough room to move the ratchet once it's on there, and unfortunantely I don't have a swivel and a long extension either, some jackass stole tools out of my garage when I left the door open one night so my selection is limited.

Well, if nothing else works and you don't have a torch, you could run the engine real hard and get the exhaust temps up. Might help out a little, but wear gloves and long sleeves when reaching down there. Don't wanna get burnt.
But if all else fails, you can take the manifold off, cut off the sensor flush with the mounting bung, drill it out then re-tap the hole. I see that as a final resort though.

You could get another manifold... :-/
It would be a lot easier with the mani off.. You might take it off and take it to a machine shop. I imagine they could get it out easily..
OR, if you were a bit more creative, you could weld in another o2 bung on the precat and install it there, but...
I would just take the mani off, though. Especially if you plan to torch it, but that's just me.
It'd be a good time to replace the manifold gasket too.
