who can make 1in. thick header flanges?

Just checking to see if any of our members can make these. I need a 1in thick 13B header flange to space my turbo out. I myself dont have the means to do so. I really dont want to use 2 RB flanges and gaskets.

Thanks, Ed

I think you could use some type of pipe and weld the flange to it to the turbo manifold, you need to cut of the ears of the original manifold. Some custom exhaust shop knows how to do things - you just need to tell them what you want for demensions and ask how much for doing so. I went to a exhuast shop that I had cut out a 1/2" flange which turned out to be a cheaper approach then buying a RB one + the shipping.

I now have 1/2" flanges in stock. Will have them up on the website in the next day or so.

I can look at quoting you on a 1" thick flange if you like. One off parts can be expensive though. It would be laser cut.

Let me know.

I think I am going to list them for $18.50 each.
We have 12A and 13B.
They are laser cut from 1/2" mild steel.

We can also supply two flanges welded with tube spacers for the guys spacing turbos out.

I just might buy a couple of those flanges. I was planning to make a header for my car anyways, and I had planned to get a local laser shop to make the flange. I bet it would cost me much more than buying from you, again.
I still LOVE the rotor air cleaner lid, but I can't seem to find them on your website. Are they still available? I get lots of compliments on mine, cause I polished the heck outta it

I can promise you I will buy from you again. The service and quality was second to none on the first transaction.

take 2 stack them and weld them, alot easer and cheaper then having a 1 off piece made.
