You can use the cheap 'paint and bake' places if you like. Just remember, the expense in a good quality paint job isn't the spraying, but the prep work. Do all the prep work yourself, and even remove everything you can that would need to be taped over or around before taking it in for their cheap spray (taillights, mirrors, trim). It can work. Don't get a clearcoat job, but just high quality paint. That way you can wet sand and buff out any runs or orange peel after they are done.

I'm looking for a *high-quality* paint place in Ottawa, or really anywhere as close as Toronto. Next year I wanna get the whole thing repainted it's Mazda Stock colour (Silver with speckles :P). I am looking for a good quality job, but I don't know what that costs. I'm thinking $3000(CDN of course) or less.
Anyone have a clue?

Check out local body shops. Personally I look for ones that regularely restore older classics. You know if someone is trusting their 1958 Corvette to them that they should have a pretty good reputation.

Good call manntis with the classic restoring places. About maaco, not all of them are like that, my friend's mother worked at one here until it went out of business (yeah imagine that) but they had a poor reputation for paint coming off, not theft.
