Where's the fuel pump cut relay on GSL-SE?
I just spent an hour looking for it under the dash... In other threads it says it's on the right side of the steering column, and there's even a diagram in one of them, and I see nothing of the sort. Is it somewhere else on these cars?
I'm asking because my fuel pump runs when the key is on, so I think someone must have jumped it at some point.

Right. Same thing.
You can kind of see it in one of the pics here (almost out of view, bottom of pic):

If the pump is running all of the time when the key is on, there may be a jumper wire in the connector used to test the fuel pump. Look under the hood near the AFM. There should be a connector that is not plugged into anything that has a black rubber boot over it. If there is a wire connected between the two terminals, the pump will run whenever the key is on. If there is a wire there, unplug it and everything should work like normal. Another possibility is the AFM door is not closing all of the way and this will cause the same behavior.
Another possibility is that the PO had some problem with the relay and either jumped it or more likely ran a new power source to the pump because they didn't know how to fix it.

Probably the last one, since there are no jumpers or anything of the sort anywhere, and AFM is fine. Which is why I thought there was a separate relay. But I guess GSL-SE is different.
How can find where the power source is "hacked in", if that is indeed what's happening?

I would look at the wiring at the pump and also pull the driver storage bin and look at the wiring in there. Look for anything that doesn't look stock.
I agree that the last one on the list is the most likely. Many times people don't understand how to test things and they hate wiring diagrams, so if something doesn't work, they just run a new power source.
I guess the other possibility would be that the circuit opening relay is stuck closed, so it is completing the circuit whenever the key is on. Not likely, but might be something to test if the pump wiring looks stock.

Ok, I'll check over there.
I tried two different relays, same result, so I think it's a wiring hack. That or the wire that turns the relay on is grounded somewhere it shouldn't be...

Alright, found the jumper wire. Finally had a chance to look under the cubby bin, and there it was. I hate it when people do ghetto fixes like that, and don't relay the info to new owners. It's all good now. Thanks for your help.
