Where to weld the bung?

I am getting a RB streetport exhaust system. Its the one with the dual outlet.

My question is where do I weld the bung for my wideband tuner? I mean one rotor might be lean while the other is rich. Do I have to buy two O2 sensors and swap between when im trying to tune.

Also I have a chance to buy this set up for 700 shipped with only 3k on it. Is it worth it to buy it new, do I get a warranty from RB?

-Matt

or you can cut up the header a lil and add a cross pipe and put the o2 in the pipe you added

Nope, it doesn't. If you want, I can have the bung(s) welded on the header... I'll find out how much it costs... I think it's like $40 each. I'll call around on monday.

why would rb systems need a warranty?

when the space shuttle crashed, the only usable debris left over was the RB booster exaust system and Police officers in toronto regularly use the streetport muffler to subdue violent suspects...

it cant break!

HAHAHAHAHA. I had to ask the "man" wanted to know why in the hell I would want to buy a used exhuast! I told them duh its RB. I had to ask!

Also wacky arent those to close. I read some where that you want it keep them kinda far back that way the heat doesnt burn them up. Is this true?

I would put the bung on the rear port, that is the one that fails most often. You can buy bungs for 4-6 bucks. If the header is off the car, labor shouldn't be more than 12-15 each. Just make sure you have enough clearance if it is welded on off the car.

Hey WackyRacer, Can you elaborate a little bit on your O2 setup and engine/Intake combination? Is it just one wideband unit?
