Well... That is Brian Walker's RX-7 from the Cincinatti, OH area. I guess he decided he didn't need the hvac controls since he uses the car for E-Prepared autoxing with the SCCA and Cincinatti Sports Car Club. He decided to keep the tunes though. Ya gotta prioritize!
