A block-off plate is so easy to make it defies description. Just cut out a piece of aluminum about 1/4" thick, shape it on a grinder to the approximate shape of the metering pump mounting flange, cut a piece of gasket material to match and then drill two holes through each to accomodate the mounting bolts. Viola. Total process thakes less tha 1/2 hour.
