Where do people get rebuild kits these days?

Hi all,

Haven't been here for a long time. It feels great to be here in this forum. Time to do a rebuild of a 12A, wondering where/what do people get rebuild kits now. I heard different stories a year ago (atkin and such ... ) just want to make sure I am heading the right direction.

Thanks

-X

My kit came from Atkins for my 12A-bp. Cannot beat thier customer service from my experience.

I was looking at their kits, and noticed they were charging tax on the web order, so I have been looking elsewhere. =/

If the sale is out of state, there is no tax.

Ah. Well when I went to the site (without logging in) it charges tax on the checkout. However, I just went back, created an account and now (being logged in) it shows the price without tax. Odd that even though I had my address as OK on the checkout, it was applying tax. All good now though! I was turned off by the tax thing before creating an account. Some companies do charge tax on out of state online transactions, for example EV1Servers.net used to, but they changed that about a year or so ago, after I went elsewhere.

I guess make sure you create an account and login before ordering, to save the possibility of being charged tax on an out of state order.

I had the same problem and thought it was quite odd to see the tax line in there, but it does get removed at checkout.
