I agree with 82transom. In addition I hope you are adding a dual alternator pulley and fan belt unless you have an electric fan.

You won't damage anything, might wanna plug the connectors sticking out of the firewall to prevent excess moisture getting in there.

how about go to a junk yard and get one off of a ford temp. zip tie it on, and wire it into a constant wire. The fan is very silent, low profile, and blows more than the stock fan does!!

oh and by the way, its $12.

When removing the lines that connect to the firewall use 2 wrenches, one for the fitting that is on the firewall itself and one for the fitting on the end of the hose. Do this or else you might end up twisting and breaking the fitting off the wall. I know it doesn't matter since you are dumping the a/c and all of it's components, but you should never do things half-assed.

HAHA! Yeah! Zippy ties are very handy. I did that with my electric fan. Works better than anything else I can think of.

I also zippy tied my battery down, I reccomend that mod to anyone whos battery keeps sliding backwards during acceleration.

It is the rx-7 way!

I don't have that but I think that's one of the best electric fans. I'm looking into buying one soon.

can you get me pics of from where to where you actually ran your zip ties? cause i was looking and i didnt see anything, so i just tied it down with some rope, and that's working, but its really unsightly.
