Wheels question from a 1st time RX7 owner
Hello all!
I love the Club!
Forgive my ignorance, but I wanted to know what's the largest wheel size my 79 RX-7 will tolerate, and what my best sources are for the 4x110mm bolt pattern.
How will larger wheel size impact tire type?

Panasport and Superlite may be the only NEW wheels available.
There was an attempt to have a group buy for some new wheels a few months ago, but it seemed to fall through. Most seem to feel 205/50-15 tires will clear. My measurements indicate a 7 inch wide wheel with 13mm offset may allow a 225/50-15 tire, but that is only "on paper" and since tires from different makers may vary from the labled size a significant amount, this size may turn out to need front fenders rolled and/or a few mm of spacer. YMMV
