Question wheel selection

Just purchased my first rotary. It is a 79 rx. Finding wheels appears difficult. Can I swap newer rotors etc. and change the bolt pattern to something a bit more common??

Check the search ................................but yes two posts down there is a very similar question. change to gsl-se barkes and you also get lsd with that swap.

Thanks for the input. Could not find any through the search field. Do you mean a complete rear axle swap and front hub and rotors?

this may seem as a surprise for you, but volk racing actually makes 4x110 lug pattern on their te37s. go to www.takakaira.co.jp (dont worry, its in english) and look at volk racing wheels, te37, and you will see the bolt pattern.

Great, thanks again for the help. I'm getting the impression it might be better to get newer model parts and transplant.

BFTD. I was wondering if anyone had any pictures of Volk TE 37's on an Rx7? I have a need to find a 14x5.5 inch rim that will fit my gsl-se and i noticed that volk makes a dual drilled wheel 4x 110/114.3 in 14" x5.5" with a +45 offset. Would this fit on an 85 gsl-se? without fender rolling?
