Wow.... is it just me, or is this the third post of this nature in the last 2 days? "it won't start" general starting issues.
When you're checking for spark, check if the plugs are wet. What I'd do is check all 4 for spark, make sure that the wires are going to the right plugs, wipe the plugs off and take a brush to them if they look dirty. Then before putting the bottom ones back in, crank it by hand (turning the main pulley wheel away from you if you're standing on the driver's side) to get any excess gunk from the bottom of the chamber to bleed out the bottom holes.
you say it HAS gas and oil, but how recent are either? Bad/Black oil is a horrible thing and can lead to starting problems, since oil is a big part of the lubrication of the chamber, and consequently mixes with your gas
Oil change recommended, get back to us with details on spark and any further info.

PS: If you have questions as such, do a search in the forum before creating a brand new thread, the issue has definitely been discussed recently.
